Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Representatives by managing customer orders
- Request and process vendor pricing and quotations
- Enter and maintain purchase orders in internal systems
- Verify order acknowledgments and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
- Cook up artwork, proofs, production, and delivery schedules
- Track orders using active purchase order reports and follow-up as needed
- Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Previous experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Comfortable working closely with internal teams and external vendors
