Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Account Representatives by managing customer orders
  • Request and process vendor pricing and quotations
  • Enter and maintain purchase orders in internal systems
  • Verify order acknowledgments and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
  • Cook up artwork, proofs, production, and delivery schedules
  • Track orders using active purchase order reports and follow-up as needed
  • Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Previous experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Comfortable working closely with internal teams and external vendors
