About the role

As a Sales Assistant with Hayden Homes, you will support the sales team with key administrative tasks and creative marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors to the model home, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reflects the Hayden Homes brand.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, generating reports, and preparing documents.
• Track and log visitor activity, collecting guest information and feedback to support follow-up and sales insights.
• Assist with marketing efforts, such as social media support, community events, flyer distribution, and signage placement.
• Maintain the model home’s appearance, ensuring it stays clean, organized, and ready for showings at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years of administrative, in-person customer service experience in a professional setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license and current liability insurance are required.
• Reliable transportation is required to facilitate travel throughout your workday.
• Background check is required.
• Onsite during business hours; weekends required.

Skills

• Excellent communication, relationship building, and adaptability.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Comfortable in CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce).
• Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Google Suites, and Canva).

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 / hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Part time, average of 30 hours / week with some weekend availability.
