These include assisting the marketing team with media visits, managing purchase orders for sales, marketing, and special events, and handling a variety of administrative duties requested by colleagues within the Sales and Marketing Division in order to provide timely and professional service to our guests. Responsibilities Support the efforts of the sales team to drive top-line revenue for the hotel. Assists with sales inquiries for group and catering events. Assist sales managers with preparation of contracts, proposals, and addendums. Create departmental POs and maintain inventory of office supplies, collateral, and promotional items Accurately record and process direct opportunities in hotel sales system (Delphi) Assist with media property visits (reservations, amenities, activities, etc.) Coordinate client site inspections and preplanning visits Assist managers with RFP responses, and meeting arrangements as needed Manage Group Commissions Other duties as needed.
