Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in finding the right vehicle with a friendly, no‑pressure approach.
• Stay current on Kia models, features, and promotions.
• Conduct test drives and provide product presentations, financing, and warranty guidance.
• Follow up on leads and build long‑term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with a positive, high‑energy team in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (automotive preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional, confident, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Proven work ethic with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Passion for cars and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation

$50,000+ starting compensation (base + commission) with uncapped earning potential.
