Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the perfect vehicle
  • Providing expert knowledge on vehicle features, technology, and benefits
  • Executing the sales process from test drives to financing, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Developing a strong pipeline by following up with leads, setting appointments, and maintaining client relationships
  • Achieving and exceeding sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Automotive Sales Experience (preferred but not required)
  • A track record of success in customer service or sales
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • A self-motivated, goal-driven attitude
  • Tech-savviness & familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Office knowledge a plus)
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
