Your Role & Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the perfect vehicle
- Providing expert knowledge on vehicle features, technology, and benefits
- Executing the sales process from test drives to financing, ensuring a seamless experience
- Developing a strong pipeline by following up with leads, setting appointments, and maintaining client relationships
- Achieving and exceeding sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive Sales Experience (preferred but not required)
- A track record of success in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- A self-motivated, goal-driven attitude
- Tech-savviness & familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Office knowledge a plus)
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
