About the role

British Swim School seeks enthusiastic, assertive personalities with strong sales and customer service skills. Effective communication, bilingual capability, adherence to schedules, policies, and procedures, and ability to multitask are essential. Providing a best-in-class customer service experience, meeting enrollment goals, staying informed of events and promotions, resolving customer issues, and processing payments are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and employees, especially in English and Spanish.
• Follow schedules, policies, and procedures of British Swim School.
• Multi-task using phone systems and computer programs.
• Provide a best-in-class customer service experience.
• Meet enrollment goals through various communication methods.
• Research and stay informed of current and upcoming events and promotions.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, identifying and escalating priority issues.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Process payments, changes, move-ups, orders, forms, and applications accurately into the system.
• Manage class schedules in JackRabbit software based on business and instructor availability.
• Attend staff meetings, training, coaching, and role-playing sessions as requested.

Requirements

• Customer service and sales experience.
• A college degree is preferred.
