Job Summary/Overview
The below represents some of the primary responsibilities of the position.
- Develop and execute on marketing initiatives
- Schedule and virtually present services with prospective partners
- Review the entire demo of the product suite with prospects
- Prepare and present proposals and provide appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process
- Organize, complete, and obtain the documentation required for clients to be onboarded with Summit
- Work directly with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners
- Prepare proposals for existing clients adding additional services
- Prioritize work to ensure timely, effective, efficient, and economic delivery of services
- Document customer interaction in the CRM system
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree desired; or equivalent education/work experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in the role
- Strong time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
- Works well within a team
- Coevolution with others in pursuit of company goals
- Knowledge Technologies: High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- CRM/Sales Tracking a plus
- Proficient in HR and Payroll technology solutions
- Experience with isolved HCM a plus
