Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high client retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecast sales, and execute projects to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct market research, lead generation, partnership management, and explore new business models to support long-term growth.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Negotiate contracts, present proposals, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Continuously enhance sales processes, adopt innovative client engagement strategies, and adapt to market changes.
