Sales Administration Team Lead
Essential Functions
- Serve as an additional point of contact for questions related to order processing, from order creation through final booking.
- Monitor team performance and identify training opportunities; communicate knowledge gaps and development needs to the Sales Administration Manager.
- Aid in the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental processes.
- Coverage coordination to ensure regional support is maintained during team member absences and out-of-office periods.
- Provide month-end support to help ensure critical deadlines are met, including board credit processing and order bookings.
Supervisory Responsibility
None
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Required Education And Experience
BA in Business Administration or a related field or 5 years Business Administration Experience
Preferred Education And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a related field
Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Sales Administration
