Sales Account Manager/Solutions Rep

Jackson Mechanical is seeking an experienced Solutions Representative in Tulsa, OK, to blend technical expertise, sales acumen, and client-relationship building in the commercial mechanical trade industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and detailed estimates for mechanical trade projects directly on job sites.
• Leverage industry knowledge and interpersonal skills to sell preventative maintenance contracts and other services (uncapped commission structure).
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Research and propose solutions for client renovations, retrofits, and equipment replacement projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the mechanical trade industry, with hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, construction, boilers, chillers, or plumbing.
• Proven experience in estimating and sales, including generating and closing preventative maintenance contracts.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex mechanical systems and provide accurate estimates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic, customer-centric approach, and ability to build lasting relationships.
