Job Summary

Ultradent, a world-wide leader in dental technology, is seeking a driven, accomplished professional to drive sales in the North Shore area. Ideal candidates live in Arlington Heights, Glenview, Skokie, or Park Ridge. This is a base plus commission opportunity with an annual base salary ranging between $80,500 - $85,500, based on experience.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Build loyal relationships with front office staff, hygienists, and dentists by offering unique and valuable perspective on the market
  • Possess strong prospecting/closing skills
  • Tailor and assert control to obtain and maintain customer's business
  • Show strong organizational skills
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Stay connected to new and innovative products
  • Be willing, capable, and equipped to travel a minimum of 25% of the year, including mandatory trainings at Ultradent's home office, National Sales Meeting, and other industry events
  • Have outside direct sales experience in a monthly quota-based environment, dental sales experience is a plus
  • Show proven success in a sales role in a highly competitive market
  • Show clinical experience in a dental office, encouraged to apply
  • Have a BS/BA degree, preferred
