About the role
The role of Area Sales Manager - Metro Boston/North Shore at Capital One involves partnering with automobile dealerships to guide them towards achieving their operational objectives. This includes building strong relationships with key decision-makers, maintaining and growing Capital One Auto Finance's market position, and driving product adoption through consultative sales presentations and dealer training.
Responsibilities
- Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers at each dealer location
- Maintain and grow Capital One Auto Finance’s leading position as a national full credit spectrum auto lender
- Be a product expert across our digital lead-generation platform and provide solutions that help dealers achieve their sales objectives
- Confidently deliver sales presentations and facilitate dealer training to drive product adoption
- Be innovative, organized, and driven to achieve extraordinary business results while providing best-in-class service to each dealer
- Create and execute a monthly plan of dealer engagement based on careful analysis of available data and sales metrics
- Work closely with internal business partners and teammates to drive cohesion and operational excellence
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of financial services experience or business to business sales

Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed-upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
