Sales Account Executive - Data Centers and Microgrid Sales

For our client, we are seeking a Sales Account Executive - Data Centers and Microgrid Sales to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will focus on expanding market presence within the data center power generation and microgrid space through strategic enterprise selling. You will engage prospective customers, uncover business needs, and position technical solutions that support complex project requirements. The position will require strong cross-functional collaboration, technical credibility, and the ability to drive new account growth across the U.S. and Canada. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Develop new customer accounts within the data center power generation market. Promote and sell the company's platform tailored to customer project needs. Engage customers to understand their business objectives and provide solutions. Execute strategic account plans for market penetration and growth. Build and maintain relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders. Deliver technical presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate technical and commercial issues to secure orders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical degree. Minimum 7 years of experience in operational technology sales or related fields. Proven track record of breaking into new accounts and establishing relationships. Strong understanding of industry drivers for control system upgrades. Ability to travel up to 50% in the U.S. and Canada. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsor.
