Account Executive, Enterprise Customer Sales

About the role
You will manage the entire post-sales relationship for a designated list of Enterprise Accounts. This is a quota-carrying, remote position with travel expectations, reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Customer Sales.
Responsibilities
- Optimize outcomes of contract renewals and expand revenue via core platform expansions and adoption of ServiceTitan’s Pro Product modules within your designated book of Strategic Accounts
- Become an expert on the value proposition of ServiceTitan’s core platform, Pro Products, and ancillary services
- Build honest relationships and genuine partnerships with existing Strategic Accounts
- Collaborate with critical business partners across Finance, Success, Implementation, Operations, etc. to maintain and execute detailed account plans for maximum value creation
- Work closely with Sales Engineers on complex requirements and integrations
- Partner with Pro Development Representatives to source business for strategic accounts
- Track all activity in Salesforce and forecast business to Sales leadership
Requirements
- 7+ years experience building & maintaining executive relationships, identifying and closing upsell & expansion opportunities, and negotiating complex, multi-million dollar contract renewals with high-quality Enterprise clients
- Successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a proven track record of top performance and overachievement against quota
- Professional, value-driven, and highly-creative approach to strategic sales that optimizes across multiple negotiating levers
- Ability to balance strategic, long-term account plans with monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets
- Exceptional executive presence, including the ability to connect with diverse audiences and inspire action
- Strong relationship-building and excellent written & verbal communication skills, fostering collaboration and trust with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to build rapport, take initiative, and collaborate across departments to drive results
- Passion for the home services industry
- Ability to travel 15% - 20% of the time, regionally and nationally
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance

Pay
For candidates in the United States, the salary ranges are:
- Zone 1: $133,300 USD (applicable for CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA)
- Zone 2: $124,500 USD (applicable for all other US locations)
This role is also eligible for a variable commission plan. International compensation will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process.
