Safety and Workforce Administrator

Safety Systems & Compliance

• Maintain and manage safety documentation in SALUS, including JSAs, toolbox talks, incident reports, and disciplinary records
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of safety programs, SOPs, and Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs)
• Manage third-party safety platforms (ISN, Avetta) and coordinate subcontractor safety documentation
• Track employee training, certifications, and compliance requirements
• Aid with employee onboarding and safety orientation setup

Manpower Coordination & Workforce Planning (RIVET)

• Maintain accurate manpower data in RIVET across all active projects
• Track employee assignments, transfers, releases, and workforce forecasts
• Cook up manpower needs with superintendents, PMs, and field leadership
• Monitor job forecasts, end dates, and confirm extensions or closures with project teams
• Identify and assign unscheduled employees to appropriate jobs
• Update worker classifications and tags (IR, Book status, etc.)
• Send weekly workforce communications (e.g., Nic Bittle message) and bulk updates to field staff
• Ensure alignment between RIVET, SALUS, and internal reporting systems
