Make history with Next Generation Delivery Technology. Immediate hiring for 40+ openings starting within 3 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-shift inspections of robots, batteries, vehicles, controllers, and communication equipment
- Maintain constant situational awareness and intervene when safety concerns arise
- Perform battery swaps and basic field maintenance
- Respond to incidents, technical issues, and public inquiries
- Partner with remote operations teams to ensure successful route completion
- Complete operational reports and provide feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and members of the public
Requirements
- Schedule Options: Front-End Shift (Monday - Thursday) 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Weekend Shift (Friday - Sunday) 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Contract Details: 3-Month Contract Assignment, Completion Bonus Available
- Physical & Environmental Requirements: Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions, spending up to 10 hours per day on the road, riding and working in delivery vehicles for extended periods, standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift, safely handling batteries and operational equipment
Qualifications
- Experience in Logistics Management, Operations, Warehouse Management, Autonomous Vehicle Operations, Electrical or Mechanical Technicians, Transportation and Delivery, Safety-Focused Field Operations
- Comfortable working independently in the field, strong communicators with excellent situational awareness, adaptable and solution-oriented, comfortable using mobile devices and technology platforms, customer-service minded and highly professional

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Seattle, WA.
