for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate.
We need to parse the job description.
Content:

We should only include sections with real content.
We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule info. So we omit those sections.
We need to decide which headings to use: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Possibly combine some.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include all details from the posting.
We can structure:

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety preferred or a minimum of three to five years previous experience preferred. Strong understanding of OSHA 1904 preferred. Previous OSHA auditing experience and training experience would be preferred. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills along with strong computer skills. Must be professional and able to maintain confidential information.
Qualifications
Physical abilities: Mobility in plant; while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, etc.; frequently required to make use of their hands for technical tasks; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; visual ability with or without correction; communication abilities.
Maybe we also need Health and Safety, Work Environment, Human Resources sections? Those could be under Requirements or Qualifications? But we have limited headings. Could add a section for Health & Safety, Work Environment, Human Resources if they have substantive content. The instructions say use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are the allowed headings? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings when appropriate. It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but to be safe we stick to those.
Thus we need to map the health and safety, work environment, human resources info into one of those sections. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications or Skills. Perhaps we can create a Skills section for health and safety compliance, etc. But we have to preserve all info.
We could create a Skills section for health and safety knowledge, etc. But we already have Requirements covering education/experience/skills. Could add a Skills section for specific competencies: strong written and verbal communication, computer skills, OSHA knowledge, etc. However that duplicates.
Better: Use Requirements for education/experience, Qualifications for physical abilities and health/safety/work environment/human resources, Skills for specific skill set (communication, computer, OSHA, etc). But we risk duplication.
Let's think: The posting includes:
- Minimum Education, Skills and Experience (education, experience, OSHA understanding, auditing/training experience, communication, computer skills, professionalism, confidentiality)
- Physical Abilities Required (mobility, sit/stand/walk, hand use, lift up to 50 lbs, vision, communication)
- Health and Safety (compliance with OHSA, follow company safety rules, report defects, use PPE, etc.)
- Work Environment (compliance with OHSA, clean, well ventilated, safe)
- Human Resources (Acerinox Code of Conduct, email, Dynamic Policy Profile, security procedures, strong written/verbal communication, learn/adapt/retain info, attention to detail, problem-solving)
We could combine Physical Abilities, Health and Safety, Work Environment, Human Resources into a Qualifications section (since they are qualifications/requirements). But we already have Requirements for education/experience. Could rename Requirements to Minimum Education, Skills and Experience. Qualifications could be Physical Abilities, Health and Safety, Work Environment, Human Resources. Skills could be something else? But we already covered communication/computer skills in Requirements. Might be okay to have overlapping.
Alternatively, we could have:
- About the role
- Responsibilities
- Requirements (education/experience)
- Qualifications (physical abilities, health & safety, work environment, human resources)
- Skills (maybe not needed)
But we need to avoid filler. If we put Skills with no content, we shouldn't include it. So we omit Skills if we have no distinct content.
Thus we will have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications.
Check if any content left out: We need to include all bullet points from Essential and Supplemental job functions (we did). Education/experience (we did). Physical abilities (we will put in Qualifications). Health and Safety (we will put in Qualifications). Work Environment (Qualifications). Human Resources (Qualifications). Ensure we don't miss any specifics like "Must follow all Lock out Tag out (LOTO) guidelines for designated machines", "Follow all Environmental Policies and Regulations", "Maintain a clean and safe work area", "Abiding by the Acerinox Code of Conduct", etc.
Let's extract all specifics:
From HEALTH AND SAFETY paragraph:
- Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations
- Follow Company safety rules
- Report the absence of or defect in any protective equipment or clothing to the Supervisor or Manager immediately
- Use or wear the equipment, protective devices or clothing that is required to be used or worn:
- Safety shoes
- Safety glasses
- Hearing protection
- Hard Hat
- High-Visibility Clothing
- Some areas may require additional personal protective equipment such as:
- Respirators; the respirator requires you to be clean shaven in order to comply with company policies and procedures as well as OSHA Regulations.
- Fire Retardant clothing
- Acid PPE
- Report to the Safety Coordinator, Group Lead or Supervisor any contravention of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations or Company policy
- Must follow all Lock out Tag out (LOTO) guidelines for designated machines
- Must follow all Environmental Policies and Regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
From WORK ENVIRONMENT:

- Clean, well ventilated and safe work areas.

- Abiding by all security procedures

- Must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Note: Some of these overlap with earlier communication skills etc.
We need to include all.
Thus Qualifications section will contain a mix of paragraphs and possibly lists.
We can structure Qualifications with
for prose and
- for lists where appropriate.
Let's draft:
