Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, retain, and expand a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
  • Lead contract renewals and negotiate complex, long-term commercial agreements
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling and expansion initiatives
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers
  • Develop compelling business cases that clearly demonstrate the platform's value and return on investment
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful client outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience in B2B SaaS Account Management
  • Proven success managing large enterprise accounts
  • Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence engaging with C-level and senior stakeholders
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Based in the U.S. Central Time Zone (CT), with the ability to effectively manage relationships with enterprise clients across the region
  • Experience in Pharma, MedTech, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is a strong advantage
