Key Responsibilities
- Manage, retain, and expand a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
- Lead contract renewals and negotiate complex, long-term commercial agreements
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling and expansion initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers
- Develop compelling business cases that clearly demonstrate the platform's value and return on investment
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful client outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in B2B SaaS Account Management
- Proven success managing large enterprise accounts
- Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence engaging with C-level and senior stakeholders
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Based in the U.S. Central Time Zone (CT), with the ability to effectively manage relationships with enterprise clients across the region
- Experience in Pharma, MedTech, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is a strong advantage
