Program Objectives

Prepare fellows to lead hospitalist teams, departments, or other key leadership roles.

Program Highlights

  • Education Enrichment: Fellows complete programs such as Lean Six Sigma, Harvard Macy's Educators Program, and Arizona State University's Science of Healthcare Delivery Certificate.
  • Research & Quality Improvement: Fellows undertake scholarly projects for publication or presentation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $137,000 annually.
  • Support: $20,000 per year for master’s degree programs and additional courses.
  • Professional Development: $4,000 annually for conference and CME support.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Active New Jersey State License and DEA certification.
