Responsibilities
- Influence the strategic direction of a high-volume, high-impact Occupational Health service line across a major healthcare hub.
- Provide evidence-based care, clinical leadership to multidisciplinary clinical teams, and lead MRO, IME, DOT, and surveillance programs.
- Be part of an innovative team in a system known for clinical excellence, with direct access to executive-level collaboration and resources.
- Lead a team of occupational medicine providers, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement wellness programs to improve workplace health and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of occupational health services.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Occupational Medicine (or Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with Occupational Medicine experience).
- MRO, DOT, and IME certification highly preferred – support will be provided to achieve within designated time frame if not already held.
- Leadership experience in an occupational health or employee health setting.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, CDC, DOT, ADA, and Workers’ Compensation guidelines.
- NJ medical license or eligibility.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $240,000 to $340,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
Schedule
A Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no on-call responsibilities.
