RWD Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned RWD clients.
• Establish clear success criteria, delivery plans, and communication cadences.
• Proactively manage expectations, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead end-of-engagement reviews and hand-offs to Client Support.
• Partner with renewal teams to support expansion and growth.

Required Experience

• Master’s degree in life sciences, data science, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health economics, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience with hands-on RWD Analytics.
• 1-2 years of leading RWD engagements.
• 1-2 years of experience in coding with SQL.
• Domain knowledge in working with commercial, market access, HEOR and epi clients.
• Significant experience working with Real-World Data (Open Claims, Closed Claims, EMR data) and supporting life sciences delivery models.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
