Salesforce Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce and cloud software implementation projects from initiation to completion
• Create, execute, and revise project work plans to meet evolving needs
• Ensure project deliverables, scope, schedule, cost, and quality standards are met
• Develop and approve project plans, assign resources, and oversee daily operational activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce project and engagement management experience
• Experience delivering at least 2 Salesforce implementations across all phases
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales, Service, PD) and Agile certifications
• Proficiency in managing projects using LEAN Agile methodologies
