Rush Noisemakers - Part-Time Position

Responsibilities

• Helping organize and execute promotions during timeouts, intermissions, and other game stoppages.
• Preparing props, prizes, and promotional materials.
• Selecting and escorting contestants.
• Explaining contest instructions.
• Ensuring participants and materials are in place before each promotion.
• Assisting with contests, giveaways, T-shirt tosses, fan engagement.
• Setting up and tearing down promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with fans.
• Able to follow a game-night schedule and complete tasks on time.
• Able to think on their feet and adapt quickly during live events.
• Able to take direction and work effectively with game-day staff.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
