The Rotating Equipment Engineer Supervisor leads site rotating equipment reliability and condition monitoring programs to improve equipment availability, optimize MTBF, drive safe and environmentally compliant operations, and develop technical capabilities of the reliability team. The role performs rotating engineer duties, supervises one Condition Based Monitoring Technician and one Rotating Equipment Specialist, provides technical leadership for strategy, troubleshooting, reliability improvements, capital replacement initiatives, works on capital projects to address obsolescence, collaborates with Specialist, Millwrights and Maintenance Supervisor, ensures safe and efficient operation using operating discipline, procedural compliance and engineering standards, maintains assets and protective systems to meet production targets, provides direct supervision, mentoring, technical development, drives accountability, prioritizes workload, develops team capabilities, ensures reliability objectives, collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, Process Engineering, Capital Projects, Corporate Technical Networks, contractors, vendors to resolve issues, implement improvements, lead turnaround/outage activities.
