About the Role
Full-time Paraprofessional positions are available at Rossmoyne Elementary School through employment with CCRES. The Personal Care Paraprofessional role is 7 hours per day.
Requirements
- Minimum of 48 or more undergraduate credits or a Credential of Competency for Special Education Paraeducators in Pennsylvania.
Qualifications
The state requires all Instructional Assistants working with students in special education to meet the above requirements. The Credential of Competency is a voluntary program that verifies competence in standards outlined in the Competency Assessment Checklist. Upon approval, the Pennsylvania Department of Education issues the credential.
- Complete 7 free trainings (2 hours each) via PATTAN.
