AdvisaCare Hospice is looking for compassionate and dependable people to be there for our hospice patients in Macomb County.
Volunteer opportunities
- Sitting Bedside with Hospice Patients in Nursing Facilities
- Providing Caregiver Relief inside Private Residences
- Pet Therapy (already licensed dogs) to visit with patients
- Play the Guitar Bedside of hospice patients
- Bereavement Volunteer Support Calls to Family & Assisting with Grief Groups
- Pre-Med Students who want to learn about gerontology patient care
- Grief Support (Remote)
Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Willing to submit TB and Drug Tests and to be Fingerprinted
