Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

• Support the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and room reservations.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

The expected base wage range for this position is $16.90 per hour, or other minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction.
