About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Room Service Server to join its dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate should be excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to guests and be able to work flexibly, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate, customize, and service guest’s needs before being asked
- Knowledgeable about all available menu options
- Create a Food & Beverage experience in the comfort of the guest’s room
Requirements
- Knowledge of MICROS preferred
- One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
- TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
- Work authorization in the United States
Qualifications
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
