About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, field-based Sales Representative to drive new business through door-to-door outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling. In this role, you will identify restoration opportunities, guide homeowners through the process (including insurance), and represent the RESIDE brand with professionalism and integrity.

Earning Potential

This is not a typical roofing sales role. While we operate within the restoration industry, our primary focus is on window-based insurance claims, which are significantly larger and more lucrative than traditional roofing projects. Average roofing job: ~$25,000 Average RESIDE window project (Chicago): ~$150,000+ Because of this: Our reps earn 8–9x more than typical roofing restoration sales roles Dedicated reps can generate $20,000 to $100,000+ in a single month Larger project sizes = fewer deals needed to earn more income This creates a rare opportunity for driven individuals to achieve elite-level earnings in a shorter period of time.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Identify high-potential properties and restoration opportunities
  • Engage homeowners and introduce RESIDE’s services
  • Consultative Sales
  • Build trust through consultative, needs-based conversations
  • Secure agreements and guide clients through the restoration process
  • Project & Client Coordination
  • Assist homeowners through insurance claims and project timelines
  • Document property conditions and submit project details
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Relationship Building
  • Develop long-term relationships with homeowners and referral sources
  • Represent RESIDE with professionalism, integrity, and consistency

Requirements

  • Full-time commitment with flexible scheduling
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working in field environments

Compensation, Growth & Benefits

  • Commission-driven compensation (uncapped)
  • Year 1 earning potential: $100K+
  • Top performers: $200K–$300K+
  • Compensation range: $50,000 – $300,000+
