Nationwide Roofing & Home Improvement is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to join their growing team. The role involves generating new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads, conducting roof inspections, educating homeowners on the insurance claims and restoration process, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects, presenting solutions, and closing residential roofing projects. What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads
• Conduct roof inspections to identify storm, hail, or wind damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claims and restoration process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
• Present solutions and close residential roofing projects
• Cook up with project managers to ensure smooth job completion
• Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity in CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual in Amharie is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Able to work independently in a field-based environment
• Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and customer outreach
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
