About the role

C3 Roofing & Construction is seeking experienced Full Cycle Roofing Sales Representatives to develop business opportunities, perform roof inspections, educate homeowners, and manage projects through the entire sales process. This is not a lead-only position. Successful candidates will be expected to generate their own opportunities through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, and community engagement while also managing existing opportunities and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Generate self-sourced leads through door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood prospecting
  • Build relationships with homeowners and property owners
  • Develop referral sources and networking opportunities
  • Conduct residential and commercial roof inspections
  • Identify roofing, storm damage, and restoration opportunities
  • Safely climb roofs and utilize ladders during inspections
  • Document project conditions and customer needs
  • Meet with homeowners and property owners
  • Present estimates and project recommendations
  • Negotiate and close projects professionally
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through signed agreement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that generates referrals and repeat business

Requirements

  • Minimum of one full roofing sales season experience required
  • Proven ability to self-generate leads
  • Willingness to perform door-to-door prospecting and canvassing
  • Ability to climb roofs and work from ladders safely
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable truck or vehicle suitable for field operations
  • Willingness to travel throughout the North and Northwest Chicago territories
