In this role, you'll help homeowners restore their properties after storm damage by guiding them through the insurance restoration process while managing projects from inspection to completion. No roofing experience is required—our comprehensive 90-day paid training program equips you with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to succeed in a high-income, recession-resistant industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate New Business
  • Prospect neighborhoods impacted by severe weather
  • Build relationships with homeowners through face-to-face interactions
  • Schedule roof inspections and identify restoration opportunities
• Educate Homeowners
  • Conduct property inspections for storm-related damage
  • Explain the restoration and insurance claims process
  • Provide honest recommendations and exceptional customer service
• Manage Projects
  • Guide customers from the initial inspection through final project completion
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters and internal production teams
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations

Requirements

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners
• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
• Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections
• Ability to manage multiple projects while providing outstanding customer service
