About the Role

We are searching for a Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager who can bring in new business and manage projects. The ideal candidate will build relationships with property managers and management companies to acquire service/repair and re-roof jobs.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with property managers and management companies to acquire service/repair and re-roof jobs
• Manage projects and lead communication with clients, site managers, and other project stakeholders
• Drive revenue through sales and project execution

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing and/or construction
• Knowledge of roofing products, systems, and manufacturer specifications
• Growth mindset with a strong desire to develop relationships and drive revenue

Pay

Competitive base salary depending on qualifications, plus an aggressive commissions plan for sales and meeting/exceeding project profit margins.
