Roofing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Roofing Project Manager for our rapidly growing construction company. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of roofing projects, from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality results delivered on time and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods, as well as excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of roofing projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and completion.
• Maintain daily logs.
• Elaborate project schedules.
• Attend weekly progress meetings with Engineer/Customer/GC.
• Submit RFIs, submittals, and all communication with the customer.
• Order materials and equipment for the project.
• Coordinate production, safety, and quality with the superintendent.
• Manage multiple projects from start to close-out.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on roofing projects.
• Proven experience in managing all phases of roofing projects, from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Proficient in project management software tools and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
• Certifications in Project Management and/or Roofing are a plus.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 per year
