The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com. Responsibilities include providing support services, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining security.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
- Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
- Conduct research on social, economic, and sectoral employment and hiring trends.
- Facilitate payroll and tax services for Customers.
- Detect and prevent fraud.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with web development and database management.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello).
Skills
- Technical skills: Troubleshooting, system administration, network management.
- Soft skills: Communication, teamwork, leadership.
- Technical certifications: CompTIA A+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
