About the role
The role involves managing and enhancing the NEOGOV platform to ensure efficient and secure operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant data protection regulations.
- Maintaining and improving the user interface and backend systems.

- Implementing and testing new features to improve functionality.
- Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for optimization.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the NEOGOV team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the platform.
- Overseeing the development and maintenance of the platform's infrastructure.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensuring the platform adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of API design and integration.
