Roadway Engineer - Entry Level

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning and design of transportation-related projects
• Support senior engineers in roadway design tasks
• Perform roadway design and field investigations
• Prepare construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Develop technical reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• 0–4 years of relevant experience
• Prior internship or relevant work experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Experience with MicroStation preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employment-based visa sponsorship

Pay

$70,000 – $125,000 per year, depending on relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and experience.
