About the role

Responsibilities
- Visit patients in their homes to provide medical care and support.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assess patient health conditions and report findings to healthcare teams.
- Document patient visits and treatments accurately.
Requirements
- Valid state nursing license.
- Experience in home health care or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.

- Knowledge of home health care protocols.
