RN Triage - Endocrinology

Location: Elmhurst, IL

Full-time, 40 hours per week, with varied hours Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care via inbound and outbound calls under supervision
• Assess caller needs and provide education
• Perform clinical tasks such as Continuous Glucose Monitor placement
• Handle insurance pre-authorizations and referrals
• Maintain exam rooms

Requirements

• Current Illinois RN licensure
• CPR certification
• Preferred: Office RN experience or BSN
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations
• Physical ability to lift and move supplies
• Effective verbal and written English skills
