About the Role

Full-time Registered Nurse Triage position in Endocrinology, located in Elmhurst, IL. This role operates on weekdays with varied hours, totaling 40 hours per week, with no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care via inbound and outbound calls under supervision.
• Assess caller needs and provide appropriate education.
• Perform phone triage and assist with Continuous Glucose Monitor placement and testing.
• Handle insurance pre-authorizations and referrals.
• Maintain exam rooms.

Requirements

• Current Illinois RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred: Office RN experience or BSN.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Physical ability to lift and move weight.
• Effective English communication.
