Responsibilities
- Conduct phone triage, assess patient needs, provide education
- Manage Continuous Glucose Monitor placement
- Handle testing, insurance pre-authorizations, and referrals
- Maintain exam rooms
- Deliver patient care via inbound/outbound calls
- Support acute and preventative interventions
- Coordinate patient needs under supervision
Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- CPR certification
- Preferred: office RN experience and BSN
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Effective communication skills
