RN Triage - Endocrinology

Role: Registered Nurse Triage (RN) - Endocrinology Responsibilities: Conduct phone triage, assess patient needs, provide education, manage Continuous Glucose Monitor placement, handle testing, insurance pre-authorizations, referrals, and maintain exam rooms. Qualifications: Current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, preferred office RN and BSN, ability to handle high-stress situations, and effective communication skills. Skills: Active listening, clinical assessment, problem-solving, physical stamina, and ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. Key Duties: Deliver patient care via inbound/outbound calls, support acute and preventative interventions, and coordinate patient needs under supervision. Additional info: Full-time role with varied office hours, no weekends or holidays, and occasional offsite travel.
