Hourly Wage Estimate: $33.28 - $49.92 / hour. The estimate represents the typical wage range of candidates hired; actual salary may vary based on skills, experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. Currently offering a sign-on bonus up to $15k.

We are looking for a dedicated RN to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit. As a Progressive Care Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers, providing pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider.
- Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response.
- Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Instructor certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Instructor certification must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
