RN Supervisor - Home Care (Part-time)

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and evaluate home care staff and private duty nurses
• Conduct routine field visits to current patients and assess new referrals
• Oversee and update patients' care plans, ensuring they meet individual needs
• Communicate patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare providers for care adjustments

Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN license in PA
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation to care sites
• Preferred: Practical trach/ventilator experience and 1+ year of nurse supervisory experience
