Part Time RN Supervisor (Home Care) – 10 Hrs/Wk

Duties

• Ensure clients receive the highest quality care through ongoing assessment
• Supervise the implementation of the physician's plan of treatment
• Develop and evaluate a plan of care
• Supervise staff in client homes
• Conduct client assessments
• Perform med setups for clients
• Conduct insurance assessments

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in New York State with at least one year experience as an RN (recent experience preferred)
• At least six months of supervisory experience preferred
• Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is required
• Strong communication skills and flexible schedule required
• Must meet health requirements
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required

Pay

$35 – $40/hour (depending on home care experience)

Schedule

Part time, guaranteed a minimum of 10 hrs/week but could be up to 14 hours per week, primarily weekday daytime hours, flexible scheduling based on client/field employee schedule
