About the role
The RN Supervisor at Cedarbrook Senior Care is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing department
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and policies
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resident care
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an RN
- Experience in supervisory roles preferred
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with hospital information systems
