Committed to promoting wellness, healing, and independence for all lives we touch. Eastern Healthcare is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to the residents.
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Requirements

• Current state license for Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift fifty (50) or more pounds.
• Physical work is a primary part of the job, requiring standing, walking, bending, and stooping for extended periods.

Pay and Compensation

• Base hourly rate between $40 and $44.
• $2.00/hour shift differential for 3p-11p shifts or $1.50/hour for 11p-7a shifts.
• Additional compensation includes 1.5X holiday pay and 1.5X overtime pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week.
