About the role
The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff at Cedarbrook Senior Care, ensuring patient care quality and compliance with healthcare standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing department
- Ensure all nursing staff are trained and competent in their roles
- Monitor patient care quality and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- Experience supervising nursing staff
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
