Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Meriden Health and Rehab LLC provides comprehensive nursing care to residents and supports the healthcare team in delivering safe, compassionate care. RNs at Meriden Health and Rehab LLC coordinate clinical care, supervise staff, and ensure quality outcomes for residents.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate nursing care to residents
- Administer and document medications and treatments
- Monitor resident status and report changes
- Assist physicians with procedures and care planning
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
