RN Supervisor, Center City Skilled Nursing Center (PT, Nights)

About the role

The Supervisor, RN Shift is responsible for the supervision of the Skilled Nursing facility for his/her particular shift. They also oversee administrative and professional working policies for this section, delegate responsibilities, and ensure clinical duties and unit activities are completed to provide quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to ensure quality patient care.
• Assess and interpret data to identify resident needs.
• Exercise full supervision over all disciplines in the absence of Administration.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Nursing Program preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years work experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care setting required, with one (1) year in a supervisory capacity.

Special Employment Requirements

• Clearances required: PA State Police criminal history check and PA Department of Aging FBI fingerprint clearance (if applicable).
• Current license as a Registered Nurse issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners required.
• Demonstrated administrative ability, supervisory capabilities, and reliability.
• Good management skills.
• CPR Certification required or must be obtained and maintained.
• Knowledge of Federal and State Regulations.
