About the role

Provides direct nursing care requiring complex assessments and interventions, following organizational policies and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive patient data collection and analyzes findings.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to set patient outcomes.
• Develops and implements individualized care plans.
• Evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans as needed.
• Ensures safe, evidence-based nursing practice.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Maintains current nursing knowledge and practices safely.
• Performs physical tasks including lifting, walking, and patient mobility.
• Meets physical and sensory requirements for optimal patient care.
• Adheres to safety protocols and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of RN experience.
• Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ALS (Advanced Life Support) or equivalent specialty certifications (e.g., ENPC, PALS).
